Jess draws on 15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and philanthropy across LGBTQ issues, Jewish community and identity, humanitarian response, social justice, and health and development. She is a philanthropy advisor at Geneva Global, where she partners with donors to identify, support, and shape high-impact giving strategies and learning opportunities, including through the Beginnings Fund. Prior to fundraising, she started her career in local politics and community organizing, managing volunteers, organizing events, and building power with low-income communities in Pennsylvania and New York. Jess has a Bachelor’s in Spanish and Italian from the University of Pittsburgh. She enjoys theatre, dance, and exploring new food, markets, and street art in her travels.
