Samy is a French-Tunisian dual national and Senior Program Management Professional with over 15 years of experience spanning management consulting, including eight years at PwC and EY Advisory, and maternal and newborn health. He spent the past eight years working on m-mama, a maternal and newborn emergency transport and referral system initiative, with a focus on political engagement, program implementation and scale-up, government transition, information and communication technology (ICT) systems, and monitoring and evaluation. His work has spanned several countries within the Beginnings Fund’s portfolio, including Tanzania, Lesotho, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, and Ethiopia. He holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Management from Toulouse Business School and speaks five languages.
